Registration and Payment

  • Registration will not be refunded after three scheduled gymnastics classes have taken place. No refunds will be given for classes attended.
  • Springers Gymnastics reserves the right to replace your child in their class if payments are 30 days overdue.
  • Classes will not be pro-rated due to statutory holidays.
  • A $45.00 non-refundable registration fee will apply to cover the costs of the Manitoba Gymnastics Association membership, insurance and administration costs. A charge per class will apply as well.
  • Fundraising & Equipment replacement fees are non-refundable.
  • If a participant is injured and unable to participate in their registered class for six weeks or more, Springers will place a note/credit on their file for the time period as specified on a doctors note provided by the member.
  • Springers reserves the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather, competitions, clinics or shows.

Security System

Our members’ safety and security is a primary concern at Springers. The club has installed a security camera in the main entrance. Visible installation of a camera and the knowledge there is a video surveillance system is a tool we, at Springers, employ to enhance member security.

Gym Rules

  • Springers is a nut-free facility
  • Parents are not permitted to remain in the gym during classes. They are encouraged to watch from the viewing area upstairs.
  • Springers shall have no responsibility or liability should any loss or injury suffered while participating in gymnastics activities, to be carried out under the supervision of the Springers Gymnastics Club Inc.

Video Training System

Springers uses a state-of-the-art video training system. The technology provides coaches and gymnasts instant feedback on skills development and routines attainment. The system consists of five cameras positioned around the training gym, and the coverage can be viewed on three 50-inch plasma screen TVs. Coaches and athletes may review any performance in real time, slow motion, or frame-by-frame motion.
