The Kids in Progress (KIPS) Program is designed for young athletes that show an ability to learn and progress at an accelerated pace while at the same time helping them develop a "love" for gymnastics.

Physical, technical, and psychological aspects of the training program are designed to teach athletes the key basic skills of pre-competitive gymnastics while at the same time assisting the young athlete gain self-esteem and self-confidence.

We are very proud of our KIPS Program's ability to ensure the young athletes have a ton of fun while learning exciting new things!

The KIPS Program is made up of 3 levels (KIPS 1, 2 & 3). The athletes readiness to move onto the next level will be assessed each year to determine the best recommendation for the individual athlete.

The aim is that by the end of KIPS 3, athletes will be ready to move into the Competitive Program.

Assessment

Members of all three levels of the KIPS program must attain predetermined performance standards to remain within these programs. It must also be understood that each year athletes face new challenges and therefore their ability to meet these challenges must be assessed to ensure that their sport involvement is a positive one.

The KIPS Program runs from September to June.
