This program aimed at young gymnasts encourages their curiosity with activities on all of the major gym events, including vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline.
Participants in this one-hour class will be working towards achieving the Burgundy (Level 1) status in the CanGym Program.
As part of the CanGym Bronze Level, this class develops the movement patterns that must be mastered to successfully perform all future gymnastics skills, regardless of their level of complexity.
