Description
Junior Springers 4 is designed for the more advanced recreational gymnast. Gymnasts are accepted into this class by assessment and fulfilling the minimum skill requirement. This class focuses on strength, flexibility, and advanced skill development on vault, bars, beam, and floor. This class is 4 hours per week (2 hours on 2 days).
