Description
This beginner class introduces vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline in the Tan Level of the CanGym Program.
No experience is necessary for this class, however, it is also suitable for children who have taken Mini Gym and/or Advanced Mini Gym and have already achieved their Red and Burgundy CanGym Program Levels.
As part of the CanGym Bronze Level, this class develops the movement patterns that must be mastered to successfully perform all future gymnastics skills, regardless of their level of complexity.
