This program would be highly beneficial for anyone wanting a new way of staying active, working hard, and having fun. During class we will work on the following fitness components: muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance, and balance. While learning basic gymnastics skills participants will also improve their coordination, power, and agility.
Class time: Wednesday 11:30 am, Thursday 10:30 am. You have the option to register for one class per week or two classes per week.
