This an Adult beginner program for ages 18+

This program would be highly beneficial for anyone wanting a new way of staying active, working hard, and having fun. During class we will work on the following fitness components: muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance, and balance. While learning basic gymnastics skills participants will also improve their coordination, power, and agility.

Class time: Wednesday 11:30 am, Thursday 10:30 am. You have the option to register for one class per week or two classes per week.

Members must also pay the MGA fee (Manitoba Gymnastics Association) and the Equipment Replacement fee (once per calendar year)
